For one of our partners, we are looking for a Sales Advisor willing to relocate in the Benelux area.

Working on behalf of the sales team you will provide customers with advice on which products to purchase and process sales orders.
You will work within in an exciting and highly motivated team environment.
Sales Agents like to have targets so you know how you are performing at a given time. Handle and process all transactions, voice (phone) and non-voice (web/email/fax/mail/web) to the required targets. Working on behalf of our client the Sales Professional will do a technical analysis to determine which solution is best suited for the customer and which service should be offered to the customer. In this analysis the advisor instantly finds his tools to convince a customer on the correct choice of service.

Who the client is looking for:
• Excellent listening, comprehension and analytical skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated and strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment
• Must thrive in a call centre sales environment with emphasis on revenue generation, target achievement with self motivation
• Necessary sales skills include qualifying the customer, presenting the appropriate service solution, overcoming objections and closing the sale.
• Can multi task and record information accurately with good keyboard and average PC skills: a technical analysis should be performed for convincing a customer.
• Bilingual in AT LEAST TWO out of the following languages: DUTCH-FRENCH-GERMAN
Fluent in the required languages is a must.
Combined with an excellent understanding of English.

- Salary: € 9.51 + bonuses
- Travel remuneration based on the CAO Facilitating Contact centers. In case applicable (travel distance single journey has to be 10km or more) public transport will be remunerated 100%, private transport will be remunerated up to € 133,25 per month, depending on the travel distance.;
- 22 holidays with the possibility to gain 1 day of holidays per quarter (based on a 40-hours working week);
- 8% holiday allowance;
- RELOCATION: travel expenses covered up to max € 250 (plane ticket, bus, train, taxi etc.) as well as FREE housing during the first 4 weeks.
