The Candidate
You are a talented Mobile Developer working in Android and Excel and keeping yourself up-to-date with the latest trends and breakthroughs in mobile development. You recognize a good app when you see one and are all about creating the perfect user experience. You are naturally interested and have a broad developed know how.
The Job
As an Android Developer, you will:
• Be part of a small, collaborative and agile tech team.
• Contribute to all aspects of development and improvement of our Android applications.
• Lead the development of new mobile applications and features.
• Test, debug and maintain the application software throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work with the tech team and other cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered in time according to the requirements and with the highest quality.
• Keep your ear to the ground, helping us define and analyses industry best practices and important developments in the mobile space.
• You will report to the Project Manager.
• It is about a full time job of 40 hours per week.
The location
The location can be mutually agreed.
• Based in Waalwijk region, The Netherlands.
• Based in Cluj- Napoca region, Romania.
• There is a good flight connection between Cluj- Napoca and Eindhoven.
The Primary Qualifications
• Academic degree or level.
• Experience with Android technologies (Java, Android SDK, XML.)
• Agile, iterative development.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Dedicated and have strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to drive projects to completion.
• Action-oriented, diligent, and flexible.
• Passion for what we are building.
• English spoken and written.
Knowledge and experience of the following technologies is a plus
• iPhone SDK.
• iphone/ iOS.
• Ruby on Rails web development.
• RESTful APIs.
• Database Schema Design and Indexing.
Experience
Minimal 3 years relevant experience.
