RESPONSABILITATI

Responsibilities:

- Coordinates and implements all retail activities within the store, focusing on sales, services and clients;
- Ensure proper maintenance of the administrative records with regards to sales and stock;
- Ensure optimum levels of sell out and stock;
- In store merchandising;
- Select, training, manage, evaluate and motivate the sales staff, monitoring and improving their performance;
- Ensure efficient use of allocated resources;
- Management reports;
- Administrative tasks.


CERINTE

Requirements:

- Extensive experience, knowledge and understanding in retail operations is a must - every day store operations (opening, closing, money flow, goods flow - ordering, receiving, inventories, cleaning, security, customer service);
- Experience in management position is a must; candidate should have experience and knowledge in delegating tasks, setting goals, motivation of staff, performance management;
- Understanding of good customer service in the store;
- Experience in implementation of routines in the store;
- Analyses numerical data and all other sources of information, makes rational judgments from the available information and analysis;
- Adaptability to changes, ability to work with many tasks and deadlines simultaneously;
- Hands on person (not office desk person, but sales floor person);
- Good command of English;
- Good computer knowledge, MS Office.
