For our client, a leading global producer of aerial work platforms and material telehandlers, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager!
Responsabilities:
Develops programs, policies, procedures and controls regarding employment, and analyses manpower, turnover and other personnel statistics
Supervises plant employment and placement operations
Participates in training programs and orientation sessions for new employees
Represents Company in labour-management relations, mainly those of a day-to-day character. This includes participation in grievance procedure and union negotiations
Actively participate in the strategic application and integration of all human resources programs and policies and procedures into the management practices of the region and ensures consistent application to the individual team members
Supervises the Human Resources/Administration team
Coordinate wages and salary policies for production personnel
Develop and direct administration of company or divisional wage and salary administration and employee performance appraisal programs
To ensure all Health & Safety practices and principles are adhered to and followed and makes recommendations to improve and raise the awareness of Health & Safety as and when appropriate.
Conduct research into personnel programs and activities, and recommend changes or innovations where desirable.
Minim 5 years of human resources experience in a multinational manufacturing environment
University Degree in HR field + Master HR and H&S
Proven knowledge of Romanian labour law
Excellent interpersonal/ communication skills is necessary
The ability to work in a very fast-paced environment is essential
Fluent in English, another European language is a plus
