London based glass processing company established 1967.We are currently recruiting a project manager that can perform the following duties: Someone who can Oversee daily management of construction projects from start to finish
Project planning, budgeting and identification of resources needed
Project accounting functions including preparing monthly requisitions
Project management experience in the glass and glazing and or metal panels industry
Develop and provide submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, Modifications to GC/Owner on construction projects.
Serve as a link with General Contractor/Owner on daily tasks and duties required for the project.
Ensure projects are being executed within budget
Five (5) years of project management experience in the glass and glazing industry
