-> Visit guest rooms to change linens
-> Vacuum carpeting, mop marble or tile floors, wash windows, television screens, mirrors and other glass, change light bulbs; clean sinks, toilets, showers and tubs, remove garbage; and dust surfaces.
-> Replenish any supplies that guests may have used ( these include complimentary items, such as coffee, tea, creamer, and toiletries, or fee-for-service items, such as those found in a minibar)
-> Report any usage of fee-for-service items, as well as damage to the room or it's contents and theft to supervisory staff so that the guest can be charged accordingly
-> Perform various types of customer service for guests, such as delivering newspapers or extra pillows, linens and toiletries
