The Role:
• Handle inbound sales contacts from customers (phone or live chat)
• Achieve excellent customer satisfaction
• Become a true champion in delivering a world-class customer service
• Make a meaningful difference to the people you engage with to build excitement about brand & Products
• Consult with Customers to identify needs and build a total solution
• Have a fun outgoing personality
• Work both individually and as part of a team to promote a positive and energetic working environment
Education and Experience:
• A strong sense of humour is required
• Fluency in written and spoken English & French
• At least a 1 years experience in a customer service environment
• Ideal candidate will have owned or have experience using various technology gadgets including; Mac, iOS, Android, tablets, smart phones
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Technical aptitude (computer literate, able to quickly learn new applications)
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
