The company is looking to recruit 10 new domiciliary carers to work in either Felixstowe or Stowmarket. We are looking to attract the best available candidates. To achieve this, the company provides one of the best packages within the domiciliary care industry.
The domiciliary carer is a very important link between a person living at home who needs some assistance and the community. During a normal shift, you may need to help them get in or out of bed, assisting with washing and dressing, assisting with medication, supporting them with meal preparation, feeding and sometimes just providing some company for people who can at the times feel lonely and isolated. These vacancies are specifically for Felixstowe and Stowmarket.
Location details: Stowmarket is a very pleasant market town. Felixstowe in the other hand is very popular with UK tourists due to very nice coastline and attractions such as the Felixstowe pier and the seafront gardens. Cost of living is generally lower than other regions in the East and South East of England.
To apply for these vacancies you do not need previous experience of working as a domiciliary carer as full training is provided. You must be a confident car driver with a good level of English and above all a compassionate, patient and caring person.
Salary and benefits:
-Guaranteed contract hours with the possibility of doing extra hours
-Starting salary of £7.90 per hour Monday to Saturday. Sundays £8.40 per hour and public holidays £9.20 per hour
-Optional accommodation provided at a cost of £85 per week including all bills.
-Free company car provided for up to 4 months. Company can provide loan for the candidate to acquire a car after the 4 months has expired
-Flight to the UK paid by the company and then reimbursed
-Free accommodation for the first 2 weeks -Fully paid training. 4 days induction with up to 2 weeks of shadowing
-20 days of fully paid holidays + 8 bank holidays

Start date: We are looking for candidates who can potentially start working within the next month. If however this is not possible, we will be able to postpone your arrival. Arrival dates are planned to match the induction training days.
