Project Manager Series Lugoj , West Romania

Your Tasks You will be working within Hella Romania Aftermarket & Special Original Equipment division, being part of the Production team. You will be located in Lugoj. You will be the connection between Production and D&D Department for new projects and owner for series projects. Your duties are challenging and varied: You will manage full industrialization projects for Plant Lugoj You will agree targets connected with quality, costs and timing with the superior using existing processes and methods. You will plan the resources, define work packages and plan smooth absorption of new projects into production You will monitor development projects from production aspects. You will manage production relocation projects from/to other production sites.

Your Qualifications Your profile is as varied as your new duties: You have experience in the field of production environment; You are familiar with the Time to Market processes and the cost structure of an industrial product; You have strong skills in efficient time and deadline management and ability to work in a team environment; You are able to manage project related risks and identify mitigation countermeasure; You have a good command of English and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
