Job expirat
• Coordinates and supervises the production activities of the defined casting area;
• Responsible for the achievement of production targets volume / quality / cost in area of responsibilities;
• Identify and propose to PM opportunities of improvement ;
• Coordinate 100 employees, 6-8 in direct subordination;
• Implements the projects at the production area level;
• Guarantee compliance of production technological processes (flow, specifications etc);
• Manage and develop the defined casting area organisation;
• Personnel Development and performance review of the employees.
• University degree (Industrial Chemistry Faculty preferably);
• Work experience in the field of ceramics production or relevant experience in the ceramic sanitary ware manufacture;
• Knowledge of ceramics production methods;
• Good computing skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, etc);
• Fluent in English;;
• Problem solving competences, good communication skills, team orientation and leadership skills.
