Adecco International Mobility is recruiting for Google company . This is a full time permanent position commencing ASAP with an excellent remuneration package on offer and excellent opportunity for a German speaking Technical Support Specialist to join our Dublin City Centre based IT client.
We want to hear from candidates fluent in both German & English who have a blend of experience including customer service & technical support as you will be troubleshooting with clients via phone, email & web conferences.
Working in a challenging environment you will be primarily responsible for the following:
Managing customer queries and providing technical support.
Diagnosing / troubleshoot problems and determining the need for escalation.
Inputting all queries / information to internal database.
Liaising and communicating with internal colleagues and engineers.
Updating and maintaining internal databases.
Preferred Background:
Keen interest in IT with proven experience in technical support along with customer services.
Completely fluent written and spoken German plus English.
Excellent knowledge of databases, mail services and exchanges.
A university Degree is a distinct advantage.
Interest and knowledge in software and hardware.
Salary - €35k + Benefits
Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00 or 9:00 – 6:00
