The ideal candidate:
Waiter/Bartender: Will have at least 2 years waiting experience in a busy bar/restaurant, Will be outgoing and extremely friendly, Well presented and good looking, Hardworking, Fluent English.
Chef: HACCP trained, Have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in a chef role, You must be a team player with control of waste & good cost target. Passionate about creating great food, Be highly motivated and flexible, You must be calm under pressure Speak fluent English
