RESPONSABILITATI

Provides technical advice and support to system end users experiencing issues by resolving or conferring with the appropriate technical or systems personnel using a ticketing system and HRIS shared mailbox. Systems involved are mainly web-based, but not limited to.
Responsible for checking Production’s requirements and deadlines are met.
Assistance on procedural, program and training materials. Works with users to ensure successful system usage; may assist in user training onsite.
Maintains expert knowledge and compiles information into recommendations and analyses.
Execute tasks related to user account administration, user creation, password reset and user account review procedures and audits.


CERINTE

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2-4 years of progressively responsible related technical experience: user account administration, IT troubleshooting and IT knowledge sharing.
Excellent Customer Service, Call Center or Help Desk orientation.
Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal skills required, problem solving capabilities, used to understand end-user needs.
Exposure to Web-based application required. Experience in Workflow technologies, PeopleSoft and SAP desirable.
Experience with Learning applications such as Cornerstone and/or PeopleSoft Enterprise
Learning Management
Experience in multi-cultural, international, dynamic environments highly desirable
English fluency is a must.
