The role: Service Delivery Coordinator Spanish and English (print solutions)

Role, Purpose and Scope
A) XPS Admin Tasks: Execute all admin task to ensure: a) smooth transition of XPS projects from sales to delivery; b) ORR process; c) “GO-LIVE” and “TTR” in order to avoid QBS and SDM to waste much time on administrative tasks but ensure all needed information to be on time and in placed.

B) HR Admin Tasks: For different GDO contracts support to ensure the access to client facilities for any Xerox person (it may be Xerox or providers personnel)

Major Responsibilities

A) XPS Admin:
• ORR owner
• XPS MACD owner
• Support to all XPS projects (in transition or after go-live)
• Support to SDM on their XPS accounts
• Single point of contact for GDC on XPS accounts
• SD XPS Champion
B) Support HR
• Ensure access to client facilities for any Xerox person (it may be Xerox or providers personnel)
• Load Xerox & partners work force data and HR documentation into client’s systems (as many times as required)
• Maintain updated data into client’s systems

Background, skills, experience and qualifications

A) Background
• Experience on reporting (management) with info coming from different sources and timings.
• Use to work on an interdepartmental and collaborative model
• EXCEL advanced
• Experience of at least 2 years would be desirable

Role specific competencies and requirements

Primary Skillset Needs

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of XPS processes.
• Knowledge of Spanish HR regulation: different types of documentation, periodicity
• MS Office, mainly EXCEL
• Communication with client
• Work under pressure
• Team worker
