The role: Service Level Coordinator with ITALIAN and ENGLISH

Scope:
• The scope of the role is to be the key support to Service Delivery Managers in day to day activities relating SLA measurement.

Major Responsibilities

• Produce Customer SLA reports and store all the relevant documentation in Docushare
• Produce Supplier SLA reports and store all the relevant documentation in Docushare; in order to produce such reports basic interaction with suppliers is needed
• Update all the related dashboards
• Escalate any issue with Customer and Supplier SLA report availability to stakeholders (Service Delivery Managers, Purchasing department)


CERINTE

Background, skills, experience and qualifications:

- High School Diploma / (GED) / Secondary School GCSE or Equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of accuracy
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, self-motivated
- Ability to organize work and tasks in order to meet deadlines

Role specific competencies and requirements

- Good Italian speak/read/write (he/she has to work directly with colleagues)
- Good English speak/read/write (he/she has to interact with GDC organization in case of particular issues)
- Systems knowledge: Intermediate Excel
