The Service Delivery Analyst will deliver activities to ensure the functional quality of service provided to existing and new logo clients. The Service Delivery Analyst role is varied and includes the SLA/KPI analysis; Service Improvement Initiatives; Change Control; Reward Programs; Management Information; Supporting Project implementation and Operational Go-Live; Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans and Supporting internal / external audits.


CERINTE

Required Experience:

Experience of deploying Service Level and Key Measurement Models.
Experience within an outsourced BPO environment.
Demonstrable track record of one or more of:
Quality Management
Process Improvement
Expense Reduction
Revenue Generation
Risk Reduction
Contract Management
Experience of self-management.
HR Outsource Industry experience would be beneficial.
Experience in analysing processes / issues and drafting solutions.
Client relationship management.

Required Skills:

Excellence in devising pragmatic, creative solutions for complex issues.
Ability to develop and maintain high-performing teams.
Strong focus on client relationship management in a commercial context.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to analyse data and provide Management and Executive information and consultancy.
Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
