RESPONSABILITATI

* Plan, design, implement, monitor and review risk management process within organization;
* Identify, analyze and estimate the risks affecting the business;
* Monitor and analyze project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative measures;
* Recommend modifications to improve effectiveness of project activities and attain project milestones;
* Perform detailed assessments on projects in order to improve efficiency and to reduce the project risks;
* Oversee schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results;
* Prepare and present regular reports for management;
* Gather the actual status of the projects by evaluation of the risks and criticalities, check the project schedule versus actual status and provide valuable measures for improvement;
* Provide support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within organization.


CERINTE

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science;
* Experience in project management i.e. organized, capable to plan projects, capable to define strategies, decision-maker;
* Strong experience in SW development process life cycle i.e. SW design, SW coding, Integration, SW test, SW deployment and SW Maintenance;
* Strong experience in risk management (ISO 31001standard requirements);
* Strong experience in process design i.e. capable to design the risk management process,
* Strong experience in measurement process – ISO 25001 (Systems and software engineering -- Systems and software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) -- Planning and management);
* Strong experience in problem solving methods and Root Cause analysis tools;
* Experience in ISO 9001, APQP, PDCA and SPC (Statistical Process control) with focus on Continuous improvement;
* Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills;
* Advanced English knowledge (written,spoken,reading).
