Purpose of the position:

The Reporting Business Partner has a coordinating role between the Xerox Client Team, the client directly, and the Shared Production Center (Reporting Analysts and Shared Production Center Manager). He also works closely with the Reporting Business Partner within the Development and Automation team.

The Reporting Business Partner collects additional information from the client, and takes into account wishes and demands. Subsequently, the Reporting Business Partner translates this additional information to activities within Reporting departments and quality standards are plotted and coordinated into an operational situation that can be delivered.

He takes responsibility for all services and products delivered by the Shared Production Center and shares responsibility with the Development and Automation Business Partner in case of automated products by delivered by this team.

Delivery Managers and Client Team Managers from operations/business are direct customers of the Business Partners.

Although other communication lines can be supportive (Reporting Director, Shared Production Center manager, Automation & Development manager or Business Partner, Senior Reporting analysts), the Reporting Business Partner is the Point of Contact with the (internal) clients.

In his consulting role, the Reporting Business Partner will focus on identifying opportunities to improve existing reports and dashboards, or ways of collecting the data and focuses on automating as much as possible.

Main responsibilities:

Project and Implementation Management
• Consult with representatives of the client with respect to the needs and requirements, resulting in an agreed package/product/service
• Translate customer needs and requirements to internal service delivery
• Attend various meetings and calls with the Delivery Managers/team leaders etc
• Coordinate, execute and control the activities within the implementation plan, as well as monitoring the planning
• Transfer of a complete service delivery package to the Delivery Management and/or Client Team Manager
• Ensure follow-up during the first period of operational service delivery
• On request and proactively, support the Delivery Management (with knowledge, expertise) on particular issues
• Ensure continuous accuracy of the delivered information and data
• Work with the Shared Production Center manager for activity planning, workload balancing, and planning new activities
• Support ramp-up new business/projects

Develop Information Architecture and Model
• Describe the conceptual data model
• Improve consistency and data quality
• Alignment of data / kpi /metric definitions
• Alignment to COPC standards
• Reduce number of reports (consolidate)
• Reduce number of manual reports (automate)

Data Laws, Protection and Legislation
• Check and apply client and Country specific regulations and restrictions

• Education level: University degree (Masters)
• Excellent communication and social skills
• Affinity with Reporting solutions for call centers
• Good structuring, planning and organizing skills
• Well-developed analytical skills and numerical understanding and insight
• Project management skills
• Commercial, business policy and organizational sensitivity
• Solution- and results-oriented
• Team player
• Experience with call center environment and especially reporting is a high plus
• Very Good command on English language (spoken and written)
• Other languages are a plus (German, Italian)
