RESPONSABILITATI

Job scope : Plans, manages, and controls the day-to day activities of a team that provides operational support for cross clients within a Shared Services Center Workstream across Europe

ü Establishes operational objectives and work plans, delegates assignments to subordinate managers.

ü Develops systems and services that support Xerox and business unit needs; provides leadership and focus in area of expertise.

ü Responsible for achieving measurable results on time and on budget.

ü Develops and subsequently implements new projects, policies and procedures for the department(s) to meet specific goals.

ü Formulates and implements procedures on operational processes; ensures operations' effective achievement of objectives.

ü Prepares related reports and audits current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations.

ü Ensures that business practices are performed in accordance with Xerox policy, procedure and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

ü Ensures employee conformance to established policies and practices.

ü Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.

ü Has overall cross client responsibility for delivery on SLAs of the respective work stream

ü Is accountable for constant innovation within the Work Stream

ü All other duties as assigned.

CERINTE

ü demonstrate a clear understanding of the BPO environment

ü have a proven track record in recruitment and management, in building relationships with clients, defining functional goals and delivering effective services

ü have excellent written and oral communication skills English languages; another European Language would be a great plus

ü have excellent organisational and management skills

ü have excellent interpersonal skills, to be self-motivated with an attention to detail and with the ability to work on own initiative, under pressure and to tight deadlines;
