RESPONSABILITATI

Your previous Recruitment experience from a high volume recruitment role ideally within hospitality or retail will enable you to assume responsibility for the Management of the Recruitment function for Hotel Management Services and lead, motivate and inspire the recruitment from Romania to London. You will be adept at devising proactive recruitment strategies which attract the most suitable talent for the business in accordance with the organisations goals and best practice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
· Ensuring that best practice is adhered to at all times in all areas of the recruitment process.
· Manage, motivate, train and develop recruitment team members to ensure continuous improvement and development through the setting of objectives and targets as required.
· Continually manage and monitor the departments output ensuring effective results, making adjustments and changes required for optimal performance
· Guide team members, hiring Managers and other key stakeholders on candidate sourcing, recruitment channels and market conditions
· Maintain and consistently develop recruitment methods to ensure competitive advantage is maintained to include recruitment open days, links with local recruitment sources such as job centres and maximising the use of Social media advertising and company web-site recruitment section.
· Ensure the recruitment team communicates consistently and clearly with hiring managers to obtain the appropriate detail regarding vacancies, understanding and proactively delivering a fast paced yet high quality service in line with the client’s culture and specific requirements.
· Design and implement talent processes and systems, ensuring that talent processes reflect business needs, supporting the recruitment team to develop internal and external talent pools.
· Provide reports or statistical data as required on related areas
· Attend internal meetings as required to share updates, progress etc on areas related to Talent, Recruitment and Retention including weekly senior Management meeting and quarterly Area Managers meeting
· Maintain a weekly report of recruitment advertising sources and associated costs
· Review and update our recruitment processes and procedures as required ensuring they are streamlined, fit for purpose and have a competitor advantage

Essential skills and experience required:
· Previous experience of managing a busy recruitment department
· Previous people Management experience
· Recruitment experience from within the hospitality industry or similar high volume recruitment environment
· Proven experience of developing talent, recruitment and retention strategies
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent personal presentation
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and on own initiative
· Confident attitude with the ability to relate to a diverse range of personnel in an effective manner
