We are looking for a Project Office Administrator to join our team. The candidate will be a self-starter, driven, independent thinker with commitment to quality and continuous improvement and results oriented.

Project Office Administrator/Project Management Office (PMO)
The role is fast paced and deadline driven, requiring a keen eye for detail and the occasional need for flexible availability. The PMO Administrator will be responsible for:

Monitor Project Office mailbox to process all relevant e-mails.
Log, track and monitor all project opportunities through the opportunity life cycle within agreed timescales.
Maintain accurate records within databases and excel spreadsheets in line with agreed processes.
Ensure adequate communication with all relevant teams concerning the progress of all opportunities.
Liaise with required departments to ensure correct billing/invoicing.
Ensure correct statistical information is recorded and maintained for data analysis.
Run and create reports.
Diary management - Book technical teams or individuals to projects as per resource requests.
Maintain relevant tools/skill lists used to provide resource coordination and time recording.
Assists with the overall administration of the project office.
Assist PMO Manager to implement new processes and procedures.
All other duties as assigned.


CERINTE

The ideal candidate will:
be a quick learner with exceptional attention to detail
be analytical, with the ability to solve problems in pressurised environments
be a self-motivated individual withoutstanding time management skills
have intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, preferably intermediate in Excel and Access Database
have previously worked for a large company with a global reach, ideally in a similar Administration role
be confident in improving administrative processes
be a good communicator with excellent customer service skills
