RESPONSABILITATI

The role:

A PMO Coordinator will work on international projects for new and existing customers within the company. This position will work closely within cross functional teams in managing project schedules (project plans) and deliverables. They will manage projects from end-to-end including initiation and planning through to the closure phase using project management methodologies and available software tools.

As a member of the European Project Management Office (PMO) your main responsibilities are:

• Participate in cross-functional teams engaged in new or existing projects, focused in meeting project objectives within expected dates, quality and budget. Focused on the delivery of new or existing projects.
• Responsibility for planning, organizing, directing, schedule, controlling and delivery of HRO transition or transformation projects, prioritize in alignment with Client’s expectations and business needs.
• Plans and directs schedules and may monitor budget/spending.
• Collaborate to interdepartmental activities to ensure completion of the project deliverable within deadlines.
• Meet and comply with internal procedures and policies, as well as project methodology
• Lead team meeting and project meetings as required.
• Organizes the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project on schedule and within budget constraints.


CERINTE

• Bachelor/Master degree in a Business Administration or Economics area related studies

• Min 3 years of experience working with a Project Management methodology (creating a project plan with objectives, etc), especially in transition. BPO environment preferable.

• Strong skills in MS Project and Excel

• Client oriented, results driven and proactive, excellent team working and people management skills.

• Fluency in English

• Another European language (German, French, Spanish) will be an advantage

• Excellent analytical, organization and communication skills

• Willingness to travel and ability to work with people of different levels of the organization.
