The role: Project Analyst

Job purpose & objectives

Support management of the day-to-day implementation project progress across all lines of business in line with agreed deliverables.
- Build effective relationships to support with managing the implementation and delivery of services
- Work with key stakeholders to manage priorities and expectations
- Participates in, or leads cross-functional teams focussed on the delivery of new or existing projects.
- Monitors own projects from initiation through to delivery.
- Work within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision.
- Ensure teams have clear understanding of client’s service requirements, champion quality, integrate team efforts through status meetings and share appropriate information.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of the regulations impacting delivery of services
- Monitor delivery of projects within scoped deliverables and service level agreements
- Assist with management of E&O’s
- Performs all other duties as assigned.


CERINTE

- Experience of working on projects, and within a Project Management environment is essential.
- Experience in a pensions or financial services environment desirable.
- Problem solving skills.
- Adaptable to changing business, client and project needs.
- Makes timely, informed decisions that take into account the facts, goals, constraints, and risks
- Promotes organizational mission and goals, and shows the way to achieve them
- Attention to detail is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
- MS Office to advanced level. MS Project experience essential.
- Manages own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals.
- Well organised and detail orientated
