• Capturing and updating of market prices
• Preparing calculations related to energy supply contracts
• Participation in client conference calls and presentation of tender results
• To assist with the development of new products/services and the enhancement of existing ones
• To assist with the (further) development of the procurement systems and associated processes and services
• Dealing with general correspondence and telephone calls received from customers and suppliers
• Maintenance of the supplier databases
• Maintain and enhance data quality within the in-house database & procurement systems
• Provide intra and interdepartmental support and assistance to colleagues as and when required
• University graduate
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Customer Service Background
• Purchasing, Supply Chain or Buying experience – nice to have
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Analytical skills
