The role: Partner Support Assistant

Purpose of the role:
• Main daily contact for the Partner with regards to all administrative and operational functions.
• Key areas of focus: Assistance with: Sales issues, Query handling, Supplier Purchasing Management (SPM) process, Partner portal management, Partner communications.

Role scope:
• To provide operational support to specific named LEO Partners, to achieve the total delivery of the Equipment Sales Revenue (ESR) annual target.

Major Responsibilities
• To act as centre of competence and be the first point of contact for all partner related operational and administrative queries, including Query Management System (QMS).
• To act as a centre of competence for Automated Meter Reads (AMR), Consumable Ordering Tool (COT) and Automated Supplies Replenishment (ASR).
• To assist the Partners when required with SPM and equipment registration on the Partner portal to ensure accuracy and to reduce invoicing errors.
• To provide support to the Partners in the use of the portal and to drive efficiency. To provide ongoing portal training to the Partners including subsequent updates.
• To provide support to Partners pricing requests.
• To provide support to Partners on contractual agreements.
• To establish Partners pricing frameworks.
• Act as key interface with Marketing to help create effective partner marketing programs and support the implementation.
• Provide framework operational support to Alliances Partner Relationship Account Managers.
• Responsible for organising Partner days at the SMART centre for the purpose of training, including the agenda, resource and logistical elements.
• Responsible for obtaining sales out data from partners to feed into Variable Earning Shared Services (VESS).
• Own the proactive communication process to the partners including stock / allocation restraints, distribution channel communications, Stop Order Take (SOT).
• Support the Partner Management team with the provision of data to support the partner account review process where required.
• To own and drive projects which improve the partner experience.
• Build “Back office” relationships with Partners.
• To compile and collate monthly revenue from Sales Ordering Intake Report (SOIR) and Sales Ordering Status Report (SOSR) Reseller reports.
• To understand the internal virtual teams and work with them to support Partners.
• Responsible for Training trackers.

Background, skills, experience and qualifications
• Ideally, knowledge and experience in working in Partner environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work individually and in support of the team.
• Ability to use own initiative and make sound, balanced business decisions.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Good understanding of Xerox internal processes and systems i.e. Order To Collect (OTC), E-Sap, QMS, non-standard pricing requests.
• Experience in use of Microsoft Office suit of programmes.
• Knowledge of the sales process.
