RESPONSABILITATI

• Draft case studies, collateral, ads, storyboards, scripts, newsletters.
• Coordinate events participation, including Purchase Order, Contract Signing & Negotiation, preparation of collaterals, giveaways, brochures to be used during the events.
• Work on the marketing budget in preparation, execution and follow up on the actual spending.
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, branding, and PR.
• Create graphics and other ad hoc requests for multiple, concurrent projects.
• Create custom presentations.
• Comply with, maintain and enforce corporate brand standards to protect brand integrity.
• Design posters and banners for trade shows .
• Manipulate images through Photoshop.


CERINTE

Responsibilities include preparing materials and executing on coordinated marketing programs both nationally and internationally. The associate will craft concise, tailored marketing messages about our company to use on various channels, including Social Media and OOH. Furthermore The Marketing & Communications Associate will work closely with other departments (Sales, Marketing, HR and Recruiting) to assist with activities that will result in increased lead generation/new hires, depending on the needs.
Required Skills:
• Highly creative, updated with design trends.
• Excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail.
• Excellent oral communication and writing skills.
• A high degree of initiative, self-starting, and the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
• Excellent research skills.
• Very good level of English (other languages are a plus, mainly Italian or French).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
