Opportunity Overview:

The Junior Marketing Campaigns Analyst role presents the opportunity to merge technical campaign list-pull design, marketing and analytics skills into a challenging role that supports industry leading retailers in cutting edge direct marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will collaborate with a team of campaign professionals dedicated to delivering strategically segmented targeted audiences lists and actionable consumer insight.

Primary Responsibilities:

Document campaign requirements
Evaluate requirements with internal teams on best practice in campaign design and execution
Write SQL queries to determine record counts and for general research
Design, code, QA and executeUnica Campaign flows within a relational database
Meet or exceed quality and delivery expectations within a fast paced campaign production environment


CERINTE

Strong knowledge of SQL programming
Strong knowledge of Relational Databases
Experience with documenting technical processes
Ability to work in a team and independently with a responsive, enthusiastic, team-oriented personal style
Good oral/written communication and presentation skills; advanced English;
Creative thinker, analytical skills
BA/BS with significant coursework in marketing, mathematics or economics

Additional Desirable Skills
Knowledge of Campaign Management Tool (Unica preferred)
Marketing knowledge/experiences
Innovative and positive attitude
Experience direct marketing operations, strategy and analysis
Advanced Computer Science or MBA Degree

Work hours: 16:00 – 00:00 romanian time (you will have to work with a team from the United States)
