RESPONSABILITATI

Adecco Human Resources is looking for its client, a multinational IT company, the largest hosting provider from Europe, a Customer IT Support – Resolution management team with German

Responsibilities:
• First point of contact on multiple brands, working in rotations for business as usual and focus on single brands if outages occur
• Troubleshooting technical and admin issues for customers across brands, including, but not limited to VPS, networking, SAAS and payment queries
• Multiple communication channels (emails, chats, tickets & phones)
• Tracking and logging contacts via multiple CRM platforms
• Creating and managing technical briefs
• High quality technical resolutions
• Attending seminars and training courses

You will work closely with customers and colleagues to resolve any technical and/or account issues in a timely and professional manner.
It will be provided to you all the tools you need to do your job to the best of your ability, including full training on products and services, support from experienced tech-experts on hand to help guide you, honest and helpful feedback.

Ideal candidate:
The perfect candidate is willing to learn new things, keen on everything that’s IT & customer experience related and proactive.
• English and German, both at proficient levels both spoken and written – this is a mandatory requirement
• Availability to travel is a mandatory requirement (at least for the first few months, during the training period)
• Unix troubleshooting experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Experience with CRM platforms is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Customer Support experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
