RESPONSABILITATI

The role provides onsite support for line managers in delivering HR programs and the management of HR activities. Responsible for employee relations and/or industrial relations support and human resource consulting to managers and employees in the areas of resource planning and staffing, employee development, compensation, diversity awareness and balanced work force.

Main responsibilities:

To manage hiring’s, dismissals, payroll and general employee admin tasks
• To help managers with people management process & practice expertise to ensure self-sufficiency and high level of degree of effectiveness
• To support line managers of the delivery of strategic workforce plans and the HR Programs in country
• To provide Line Management support for issues and processes in partnership with Service Delivery Centre
• To determine work allocation with Service Delivery Centre in the delivery of HR programs
• To collect information on employee sentiment & practices to proactively address issues
• To ascertain and feedback line manager training or education requirements in terms of people management process and practice


CERINTE

• Human Resources Management
• High level of English and Spanish
• HR experience in an operational context.
• In-company training plan development experience
• Spanish Tax, Payroll and Labor Law knowledge
• Able to champion new ideas, manage change, and execute on action plans.
• Able to work flexibly, adapting quickly to change and responding positively to new ways of working enabling us to thrive on change and constantly improve
• Demonstrable ability to influence, negotiate and manage objections effectively
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues of a similar status, both formally and informally
