RESPONSABILITATI

Reporting to the XTE Head of HR Business Process Effectiveness on a day to day basis, you will work as part of the XTE HR BPE team taking ownership of, managing and supporting key process activities across Xerox Technology Europe.



The HR BPE Administrator will support HR BPE/HR Process Owners with implementation and deployment of key processes as well as supporting the HR function with other initiatives e.g. collation of HR information, report generation, update and data cleanse activity for the HR System and any other key projects or activities that may be required.


Managing/supporting the implementation and deployment of processes across XTE e.g. Business Ethics Acknowledgement process, Voice of the Employee Survey
Administrative and reporting activities for the key processes
Liaising with the XTE country/cluster HR teams as required to ensure delivery of all documentation and information for deployment
Maintaining and updating the XTE HR System (ESAP HR) as required to support data cleanse or system change requirements
Generation of headcount, employee and other reports to support HR BPE, Workforce Analytics and HR Business Partners
Assisting the HR Analytics Manager/Head of HR BPE with collation of information
Other ad hoc duties as required

Qualifications and Experience

- Be computer literate (Excel required)

- Previous experience of an administration environment
