Team and environment
The Flexible Benefits Administration Team, in Iasi will provide you with a client-focused administrative experience for a number of UK clients, a fast-paced environment, a diverse activity related to benefits queries and will get you familiar with a highest standard of professionalism, integrity & confidentiality.
The Flexible Benefits Team Leader will be in charge of managing a team of 5 to 10 people.
Focus of the role
The Flexible Benefits TL will perform the following duties:
• Plan work, manage team capacity utilization, measure staff performance and monitor the delivery of business processes
• Drive the team to achieve client service delivery goals
• Provide feedback, appraisals within the Xerox processes on performance, attendance, quality of work
• Coach staff and assist with their development
• Identify areas for process improvement, efficiencies and support team members to implement improvements
• Responsible for succession planning
• Minimize errors & omissions by following the appropriate policies in place
• Define monthly work planning schedules
• Improve quality and service within department.


CERINTE

A successful and highly professional Flexible Benefits Team leader needs to have the following experience and skills:
• Bachelor degree
• Typically 1-2 years of previous people management experience
• Proven leadership skills
• Exceptional communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Ability to analyse issues and identify innovative solutions
• People and relationship building skills
• Flexible and willing to assume additional responsibilities
• Organizational effectiveness, team work, results and performance driven
