The role: Financial Analyst (Commercial Group)

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for creation and evaluation of Business Cases for Optimum End State Design proposals, aimed at maximising Xerox Revenues and Margins.
Responsible for provision of Commercial & Business Performance Support to XE Multi-Country

Role Tasks and Activities

Business Case/ Profitability:
1. Assess profitability of all end point state rationalisation proposals (i.e. creation of business case scenarios / financial forecasts). Ensure that the appropriate margins are achieved.
2. Assist Commercial Manager and Service Delivery Managers with customer presentations.
3. Support Service Delivery Managers in analysis and reporting against plans / targets.
4. Pricing additional (extra) equipment/services to ensure profit margins are maintained
5. Work with Reporting, Service Delivery, and Service Implementation Executives to ensure accurate information is obtained for price / business case reviews

Cost Base Analysis:
1. Analyse current spend on consumables, breakfix and equipment
2. As a result of analysis, identify information that can be used by delivery teams
3. Make recommendations / suggestions to improve cost base / increase productivity
4. Ensure accuracy of reporting / analysis on spend
5. Work with Reporting team to improve standard / quality of reports

General
1. Creation and Maintenance of data for Business Case Repository System / CLM
2. Maintain action logs/mini-projects etc, following up and ensuring all appropriate issues are addressed in a timely manner and escalated where necessary
3. Creation and Maintenance of data to ensure latest/accurate information is used for business cases
4. Ability to review, and understand P&L accounts for various contracts across XE Countries
5. Ability to handle working with a variety of currencies
6. Assist in ensuring commercial processes are documented and up to date.
7. Be a proactive contact for auditors, providing all information and backup as required.


CERINTE

Essential Experience:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis background: Planning / budgeting experience. Also previous experience in the implementation and measurement of revenue generation and/or cost saving initiatives.
2. Ability to continuously deliver high data-quality through precise working methods
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Capable of working on own initiative, and ability to work across functions.
5. High level of systems experience and IT literate
6. Very high level of knowledge of Microsoft excel
7. Fluent in English

Competencies:
Desirable:
1. External customer facing experience.
2. Working experience with databases / MS Access.
3. Working knowledge of the XOS Tools suite
4. 2nd language desirable but not essential
5. Knowledge of Xerox Office Product environments
6. Considerable Commercial & Financial experience
