European Operations Manager

Role purpose:
Establishes the Rightshore model within the European Global In-House Centers (GICs).
Primarily responsible for leading the cross functional teams to support the Xerox Technology and Corporate function business leaders with the development of their global teams. Acts as the interface between the business leaders and the Xerox Services support partners in each GIC within Europe, which include but are not limited to Recruiting, HR, Finance, IT, Facilities and Procurement.
The European Operations Manager will facilitate new inquiries, monitor project progress, proactively support & streamline local operations.


CERINTE

Duties include but are not limited to:
Proactively Identify and mitigate operational risks
Propose process improvement plans
Overall HR Manager for all project teams
Single of point of accountability for performance of teams
First point of escalation
Program management for all new initiatives including expansion of existing operations
Overall Operational responsibility for the center
SME regarding the local / regional processes & policies

Background, skills, experience and qualifications
Education and Background
Preferred B.S degree in business administration, or related fields with a minimum of 5 years of project management
Operational experience with complex service contracts
Consulting and project management experience
Advanced knowledge in MS Office Suite (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Lean Six Sigma, PMI, and ITIL certifications desired
