We are looking for a trainer who is to deliver intensive English language courses for Xerox employees.
The role holder should be experienced with assessing learning needs (of adults) and have a proven track record of using concentrated language teaching methods.
The main focus of the role is on designing & implementing course curriculum and teaching materials and on delivering intensive (language) trainings while monitoring attendees’ development


Main responsibilities
• Conduct standard oral and written tests of English during candidates’ screening done by Recruitment to identify suitable candidates with language skills potential to become Xerox employees who work and provide services in English;
• Preparation and delivery on recurrent basis daily 4 hours English classes to the selected candidates. Candidates will be hired in batches on monthly basis to start this intense course;
• English intense course to last one month;
• The intense course will happen daily and will also entail homework and coaching provided by the teacher in the afternoon hours
• At the end of the course the teacher will assess the progress and readiness for joining Xerox based on the level achieved by candidates (written and oral standard test to be applied) & will provide the recruitment and the hiring manager with the recommendation for hiring/not hiring from language perspective.
• Ongoing support on any queries regarding correct use of English in verbal and written communication
• Preparation and execution of English tests for various levels and projects to monitor the progress of English skills development and report on it on regular basis
• Ongoing language coaching for agents and mid-level management
• Develop all instructional and supporting materials and media to deliver to learning solution design supporting internal clients.
• Review learning material on a regular basis to ensure quality and relevance to current needs.
• Continually refine and optimise standards and best practices for course design and development of instructional content and media.


CERINTE

• Native level of English
• Bachelor degree required (foreign languages)
• Ability to teach foreign language applying state-of-art teaching techniques
• Proven minimum 5 years of experience in renewed English teaching organization/school applying effective language assessment and teaching methodologies
• Proven experience in teaching English mid, advanced and proficiency levels
• Experience with international environment would be an asset
• Sector/industry experience in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth organisation
• Excellent/fluent writing, spelling and grammar skills in English
• Excellent communication ability including written and oral presentation skills.
• Knowledge of learning theory and learning design best practice, including experience of the ADDIE design methodology would be an asset
• Ability to research for updates and maintain up-to-date knowledge on intense language courses aiming at rapid communication skills improvement (both written and oral)
• Ability to grasp business concepts across diverse areas of the business and to transform these into clear training designs,
• Ability to think in creative and innovative ways
• Ability to transmit information.
• Natural ability to work collaboratively with others and a communication style that is open and transparent
• Work with a remote team(s)
• Adaptable style that is comfortable within a high-energy, action-oriented culture
• Positive and constructive attitude
• Ability to evaluate candidates for employment with Xerox and providing reliable recommendations for hiring.
