1. Architecture and design of BPM implementations using best practices.
2. Implementation and customization of BPM-based solutions
3. Implementation of BPM-based workflows using Process Modeler and Service Modeler.
4. Development of custom components such as web interfaces, Validation Services etc.
5. Design and development of Business Process Flows
6. Experience with IBM IODM 8.0 or later versions, Rule Team Server Repository and working / enabling business to manage rules / policies
7. Strong understanding of Java, .NET
8. Strong understanding of SOA, EJB, Web Services / SOAP and XML
9. Working knowledge of Rule Development Lifecycles
10. Understanding of IBM SSPS
Qualifications:
- Process Development experience utilizing IBM Business Process Manager 8.0 or higher including extensive knowledge of IBM BPM Process Center, IBM BPM Process Designer, and IBM BPM Integration Designer
- Report and dashboard design, development, and administration using MS SQL Reporting Services
Database design and administration using MS SQL Server 2008
- Familiarity with process Modeling and analysis using IBM Blueworks Live
- Extensive software development experience
- Data warehouse design and implementation
- MS SQL Server DBA experience
- Knowledge of Software development methodologies (i.e. Agile)
