- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients at all levels within the organization. Client – focused.
- Good verbal and oral communication skills- fast and correct typing, ability to create grammatically correct responses without any spelling errors
- The person should also know what to write while utilizing web communication, ability to manage difficult customer situations, be able to quickly recognize signals of a disgruntled customer and be able to respond without getting angry.
First class organizational skills- Potential large volumes of data to be entered.
Detail oriented- Data must be accurate
Flexible and pro-active - Willing to learn new programs, tasks and skills. Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays or other unexpected demands.
Works well under pressure - Timely entry of important data. High throughput-able to work quickly, but not at the expense of accuracy
