The person should know what to write while utilizing web communication, ability to manage difficult customer situations, be able to quickly recognize signals of a disgruntled customer and be able to respond without getting angry.

-Detail oriented- Data entry must be accurate

-Flexible and pro-active - Willing to learn new programs, tasks and skills. Ability to adapt to change, meet the changing demands of the work environment, any delays or other unexpected demands.

-Works well under pressure - Timely entry of important data. High throughput-able to work quickly, but not at the expense of accuracy

-Good PC Skills

- Basic computer knowledge/technological skills- the person should be adept in using search tools, browsers and also email features
-Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients at all levels within the organization. Client – focused.
- Good oral communication skills in German- fast and correct typing, ability to create grammatically correct responses without any spelling errors.
