RESPONSABILITATI

- Create new customers and projects within the CRM system.
- Maintain / update customers and projects within the CRM system.
- Be the ‘Go To’ person for individuals in the team (helpdesk) for CRM system questions and issues.
- Provide weekly status reports as to the team’s completion of their timesheets, and notify Business Managers about any missing timesheets.
- Provide monthly reporting data for Business Managers to use as part of general team activity and workload planning.
- Attend XE CRM system administration / development meetings to represent PS (UK) position. Provide feedback to PS Business Managers.

The role: CRM Analyst

Xerox (UK) Professional Services (referred to as ‘PS’ in this document) have a Microsoft Access based revenue tracker where we track and manage revenue items related to the team’s activity (both Analyst time and software solutions). The tracker is manually updated when new items are loaded in eSAP, and when items are closed due to completion.

Role Scope
- Daily checks for new and closed items within the eSAP reports.
- Updates to PS revenue tracker for new items and items that can be closed.
- Creation of reports for Business Managers and teams.
- Work with others in the Xerox business to close items and manage issues.
