RESPONSABILITATI

The role: Billing administrator (print services)

Role Purpose: o collate Xerox and Third Party supplier information to produce monthly invoice for payment.

Major Responsibilities

To manage and produce advanced excel worksheets related to billing data and invoice back up
To ensure all payments are validated
To manage the meter reading capture process to support billing and fleet mgmt.
Input to Xerox billing systems and liaison with central billing team to resolve queries
To manage supporting documentation for billing
To produce back up to invoice for client

Background, skills, experience and qualifications:

Strong IT skills capable of using multiple Xerox systems with training
Ability to liaise with clients – obtain data over the phone
Understanding of workflow processes and ability to change.
Attention to detail
Proactive approach and self-motivated
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to build strong relationships with remote delivery organization

Primary Skillset Needs
Advanced MS Excel skills
MS Access - considered a plus;
Language competency – English needs to be excellent – verbal and written

MS Excel and Access skills an advantage
