Primary Duties and Responsibilities

May perform one or more of the following:

• Organizes calls with the bid team;
• Takes the deal through approvals and other tollgates;
• Searches for resources and schedules them;
• Keeps track of the deal;
• Manages the necessary paperwork etc

Qualifications and experience

• Above all, the jobholder must have a ‘can do’ attitude, be enthusiastic and self motivated
• Very good organizational skills;
• Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility;
• The ability to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure and to manage multiple deadlines
• Advanced knowledge and use of the Office Pack;
• Previous experience in administration of processes is a plus.
