The Purpose of the Job:
Coordination of servicedelivery to Pan-European energy users plus country RelationshipManagement role within the International Relationship Management Team.
This will involvecoordinating different departments (Sales, Relationship Management, Operations,Carbon, Energy Management & Reporting, Trading Desk, Analytics andStrategy) in order to deliver services in a timely and effective way.
The role would also involvethe management of the assigned country/countries accounts on behalf of otherEuropean Account Coordinators where these accounts are decentralised.
Finally the role would include some cross departmental projects in areassuch as process management, product development and customer research.

Duties &responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities will be asfollows:

· CustomerRelationship Management: Responsible for account planning and service delivery.Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure all services are beingdelivered in a timely and professional manner while adding value at all stages.
· Coordinatingwith internal Departments: Where the allocated Pan-European Client has acentralised approach to energy management, the European Account Coordinatorwill project manage the activities of the respective Departments to ensureoptimal service delivery to that particular Pan-European Account.
· Coordinatingwith Relationship Managers: Where the allocated Pan-European client hasmultiple country contacts, the European Account Coordinator will project managethe activities of the respective country Relationship Managers involved in theservice delivery of that particular Pan-European Account.
· Supporting otherEuropean Account Coordinators: Where acting as country Relationship Managerof a decentralised Pan-European client manage service delivery for allocatedcountries.
· Management of aSingle Country Account: Where the European client is only present in onecountry, the European Account Coordinator will ensure the conditions are setfor an optimal service delivery and will liaise with the client as well as withthe internal service delivery points.
· Training: Produceregular training updates on the markets of the assigned countries.
· Identifying andimplementing new services and products: working independently withall departments and clients to develop and implement new services and productsto meet their requirements and facilitate roll out across other accounts.
· Customerexperience: Ensure Customer satisfactions and identify key changes necessary toimprove the customer experience whilst optimising cost to serve.
· Expectationmanagement: Ensure the client is well briefed of all activities occurring within theaccount in a timely manner.
· Client Reviewmanagement: Prepare and schedule review meetings with your clients with thesupport of the relevant EU team members. The review meeting should review thestatus and performance of all services being delivered.
· Databasemanagement and reporting: Ensure all databases are regularly updated withclient data and record client activity.
· Re-signs: Responsible forclient retention. Ensure re-sign discussions are initiated with the client oneyear prior to its termination and successfully carry out a re-sign process withthe support of the Strategic Relationship Manager and/or Head of department.
· New Businessfrom existing clients: Responsible for up- and cross-selling products andservices within existing accounts.
· Debtors’management: Provide the appropriate support to the team manager and Accounts team toensure accurate and timely invoicing of accounts.

· Native in thelanguage of the assigned countries.
· Fluency inEnglish.

Experience &qualifications:-
· Extensive,demonstrable Relationship Management experience, dealing with industrial andcommercial multi-national companies.
· Thoroughunderstanding of European power and gas markets and legislation.
· Proven abilityof communicating and selling solutions to multi-national makers at highmanagerial levels.
· Excellentproject and people management skills.
· Record ofmeeting and exceeding targets.
· Solid workingknowledge of Microsoft software(Excel advanced).
Business related degree or equivalent would be preferable.
