Your responsibilities:
Specification of features and processes in a direct coordination with stakeholder (marketing, operations, locations, finances) and external contractors (logistics, payment, service provider)
Continuous improvemtnt and optimization of your products (shop, interface, tools, marketplace)
Regular analysis of process optimization and market situation
Coordination with our highly modern technology team
Peron of contact during implementation phases and ongoing operations
Requirements:
Very good communication skills in English, German is a big advantage, French would be nice
3-5 years experience in a similar environment
Fast apprahension and very good skills of analysus for the comprehension of complex contexts
High technical understanding of web applications including SQL, experience in process analysis/UML
Team player with a hands-on mentality
Excellent initiative and desire for responsibility
Frontend: Understanding of Onlince Frontend Technology (Javascript, HTML, CSS, Tracking)
Backend: Verifiable experience of process analysis (EPK, UML, Flowcharts), SQL
Experience with e-commerce processes (Logistics/Payments) advantageous
