RESPONSABILITATI

To support our customer, a leading global automotive manufacturer, on site, we are currently looking for several chassis engineers in the brake and steering departments, as follows, but not limited to:

1.Brake Controls Program & Component Engineer
Development, signoff and release responsibility for Brake Controls Components
Tracking of program status against program time plan
Representation of Brake
Controls Team in Project Meetings
Launch support during preproduction phases in Vehicle Factory
2. Brake Controls Program & Component Engineer -Brackets & Fasteners
Design, development, signoff and release responsibility for brackets & fasteners
Tracking of program status against program time plan
Launch support during preproduction phases in Vehicle Factory
3. Brake Controls Program & Development Engineer - Validation
Feature & Functions Brake Controls
Adaption of functional specifications following corporate process and legal norms
Creation and conducting of validations tests on vehicle and system level
Support verification
4. CAD engineer - Steering
Design coordination with suppliers.
Package work X - carline (B - car to Truck platforms).
Controlling interfaces to steering system X - carline
5. Development engineer – Steering
Project coordination with suppliers
Follow up and technical assessment of parts
Alignment with other areas like NVH, Vehicle Dynamics, package, crash, weight and cost estimating
6. Component Engineer for Steering system parts
(e.g. mechanical Steering gears, Steering column shafts, floorseals, heatshields)
Component supplier selection, responsibilitiy for design/product validation, part releases, prototype management


CERINTE

Detailed knowledge of brake controls systems
Knowledge of interfaces to Brake Controls systems
Tool - Knowledge and Vector Canape, CANalyzer
Advanced Excel skills
Fluent English and excellent communication & team working skills
Project experiences in the field of development of Brake Controls
Experience in product development in the automotive environment7
Design & Release Work withTools (WERS, AVBoM, eFDVS)
