RESPONSABILITATI

For one of our clients, a world leading Arabic furniture manufacturer, we are looking for:

Upholstery Manager
Managing employees‘ daily activities to ensure production efficiency;
· Ensuring all Health and Safety operating procedures are strictly adhered to;
· Directing all activities in the pattern, cutting, sewing, foaming and upholstery departments;
· Coordinating the timely delivery of products to meet production schedules and customer deliveries;
· Improving continuously the production process and productivity
· Training and developing employees;

Factory Manager
Achieving production targets and time schedules;
· Working closely with project manager, consultants and clients for drawings, samples, approvals etc. ;
· Adopting the latest and proper quality production techniques for maximum productivity;
· Dealing with other departments in the company for smooth flow of information;
· Conducting the site installation of all joinery items;

Commercial Manager
Developing, operating and maintaining commercial systems and procedures that will meet the needs of the organisation
• Providing high quality and timely advice and reports to the General Manager;
• Managing the Budgeting process (operating and capital);
• Coordinating and managing effective cost control systems and reporting;
• Dealing with documentation and records to support all transactions and operations.
• Coordinating and providing the necessary information and reporting to the Financiers under the relevant Finance Facility
when and where due.

Sales Manager
Participating in the creation and implementation of the sales business plan;
· Identifying prospects, qualifying them, introducing them to Zen Interiors and determining their requirements, through cold and
warm calls, direct sales, networking to create and maintaining referral agents, social media and other channels;
· Conducting on-site and off-site meetings with sales leads and potential customers, and providing assistance/consultancy in
closing the deal;
· Acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in more detail with clients and explaining how we
work to gain trust to earn the business;
· Achieving then exceeding targets and objectives mutually agreed upon with Head of Sales


CERINTE

Upholstery Manager
· Hands-on working experience;
· 5-7 years experience in upholstery and furniture industry;
· Demonstrate ability to lead and manage a production operation;
· Advanced English knowledge;

Factory Manager
· At least 5 years experience on a similar position;
· Advanced knowledge of Autocad;
· Very good time management skills;
· Knowledge regarding the latest joinery manufacturing techniques(hands-on experience);
· Advanced English knowledge.

Commercial Manager
· Commercial Manager with Interiors/ Fit-Out experience
· 3-5 years in a Commercial Manager Role as well as previous experience within the industry.
· Advanced English knowledge.

Sales Manager
· Minimum of 5 years of experience on a similar position within the industry;
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
· Advanced English knowledge;
