RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating and updating a data base for all aroma chemical and essential oils;
- Obtaining the physical details of each product;
- Classifying each material based on its olfactory family and sub-family;
- Preparing formulas, sample preparation and analyzing the concentration;
- Designing new flavor and fragrance formulas by combining particular chemicals and oils as required;
- Monitoring the product quality according to the quality standards;
- Making the entire required olfactory test to determine the quality of the each raw material;
- Blinding all the required formulas;
- Communicating with the suppliers.
For one of our clients,"Le Maitre des Parfumes", a famous Fragrance House in United Arab Emirates - Dubai, involved in the Fragrance manufacturing and retail, we are looking for a Chemist in Perfumery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry (Organic Chemistry/ Aromatic/ Pysical Chemistry) or Pharmacology / Pharmacist;
- 2 to 3 years of experience in perfumery and/ or cosmetic industry – in similar organic/ aromatic chemical laboratory;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to set priorities, to plan and organize multiple tasks and assignements.
- 2 years contract;
- Intensive training course (one month);
- Flight tickets for Dubai;
- Working permit and visa;
- Accommodation;
- Medical insurance;
- One month paid holiday after 12 months;
