The sales representative is expected to:
-promotes the company’s products with existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
-demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
-participate in trade shows
- supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
-organize sales run of 3 weeks- book hotels, plain tickets and establish meetings with the potential or existing clients
The candidate will benefit from an extended personal training program.
Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting for his client, a German company located in Mures Area, a dynamic and flexible person, available for long business travels abroad, for the sales & marketing representative position.
Requirements:
An appropriate candidate will be expected to present:
- Good driving skills
- Good analysing and organizing skills
- Self-confidence, seriousness and integrity of character
- Independent and willing to travel abroad
- Open mind and willingness to learn
- Very good communication skills
- German and English- good speaking and writing level
- Preferably experience in sales
- Availability to travel in Germany, Austria and Switzerland 3 weeks and return for 2 weeks in Romania (this is the travelling pattern for this job);
- Available for relocation in Sibiu or Mures Area (if necessary).
