RESPONSABILITATI

International Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
· Providing supervision to Project and Corporate marketing Managers on assigned markets and propose
pursuits within the Industrial & Infrastructure market segment within a defined budget.
· Developing annual profit plan for the market segment including earned sales and gross margin for current
and anticipated projects, backlog, sales and bid/proposal resource requirements.
· Actively and prominently collaborating and leading in proposal preparation, estimating, planning and
pricing.
· Participating in risk analysis/management and contract negotiations with customer.
· Supporting the company’s continuous improvement efforts and activities.
· Identifying market potential, developing and implementing sales and marketing strategy.
· Analyzing sales statistics, estimating volume and profit potential and developing realistic forecasts and
projections.
· Maintaining the relationships with key customers and vendors by making periodic visits, identifying and
exploring needs, and responding to concerns in a timely manner.
· Organizing, preparing and leading company qualification presentations and all programs required for client
development.

Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
· Presenting and selling company products and services to current and potential clients.
· Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to
be made.
· Following up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
· Identifying sales prospects and contacting these and other accounts as assigned.
· Preparing presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
· Developing and maintaining sales materials and current product knowledge.
· Establishing and maintaining current client and potential client relationships.
· Managing account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
· Identifying and resolving client concerns.
· Preparing a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
· Communicating new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback


CERINTE

International Sales Manager
Requirements:
· At least 10-15 years of direct sales or sales partner management selling testing equipment,
instrumentation or apparatus for the electric power industry.
· Proven record of achieving targets for revenue and product sales.
· Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or certification of completion of an electronic or
electrical technical education is required.
· Master's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
· Excellent written, spoken and understanding of English language;
· Knowledge of power generation, transmission and distribution systems and the various apparatus used
within these systems.
· Knowledge of testing methodologies and maintenance practices used to assure a continuous and reliable
power system.

Sales Representative
Requirements:
· At least 5 years of experience in Business To Business Sales in the Heavy Industry;
· Experience in the sales of motors and transformers is a real advantage;
· Excellent command of English;
· Availability to travel abroad.
