Manpower recruteaza pentru clientul sau, companie multinationala din automotive, Inginer Injectie Mase Plastice.
Responsabilitati:
- Asigura suport in vederea lansarii de noi produse;
- Responsabil cu imbunatatirea si optimizarea procesului tehnologic;
- Elaboreaza instructiunile de lucru si stabileste fluxul tehnologic pentru procesul de injectie;
- Urmareste realizarea indicatorilor de performanta pe echipamente;
- Asigura formarea tehnicienilor si a operatorilor.
- Studii superioare tehnice;
- Minim 3 ani experienta intr-o pozitie similara;
- Cunostinte solide FMEA, 8 D, VSM, Lean Manufacturing;
- Cunostinte bune de operare PC;
- Limba engleza - nivel mediu;
- Abilitati de comunicare, coordonare si organizare;
- Spirit analitic si orientare catre solutii.
