Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its client, for a Area Manager for Shops.
Job objective:
The Area Manager for Shops shall manage the chain of shops in accordance with the directions, guidelines, budgets and other business plans set out by the Director of the company.

DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK
It is part of the work of the Area Manager for Shops to fulfill the targets in the budget and to contribute to the making of the yearly budget.
The Area Manager for Shops shall receive the weekly financial statements from all shops and prepare weekly and monthly statement for all shops and submit these to the Director.
The Area Manager for Shops is responsible for making budgets and reaching the targets for the chain of shops, and after the approval by the Director, implement these plans.
It is the work of The Area Manager for Shops to start new shops and ensure the running of the shops
It is the work of the Area Manager for Shops to engage competent staff, to train current and new staff and ensure that the staff at all the time is well organised and highly motivated
