RESPONSABILITATI

Key Responsibilities:

- Learn and become proficient in solving technical issues
- Build up the knowledge database
- Organize work in a ticket system with the customer team
- In charge with the initial investigation of the issues
- Proactively document, monitor and update support tickets and actionable steps taken
- Stay up-to-date with all the latest technologies concerning the company's software products
- Participate in team meetings

We are a software development company, specializing in creating PHP extensions for the popular Joomla! CMS. Your job will be to help our customers use the products they purchase from us - reporting to the development team the occasional bug they might stumble upon, helping them to achieve a specific goal using our software, answering any technical or presale questions they might pose in order to assess the capabilities of our products.


CERINTE

Required Skills:

- Fluency in English is a must
- HTML5 knowledge
- CSS knowledge
- Javascript (jQuery is a plus)
- Basic understanding of how PHP works
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Familiar with LAMP stacks (Apache, PHP, MySQL)


Knowledge of the following is preferred, but not required as it can be taught later on:

- Working with the Joomla! CMS or any other popular CMS (eg. WordPress)
- Working with Git
- Working with the Kanban project management model


DESCRIEREA FIRMEI

RSJoomla! started back in 2007 when Alex developed the first Joomla! component, RSForm!. Since it had a massive impact on the new born CMS, evolving it into a company was a matter of a few months. Dealing with client requests, development and website maintenance became quickly impossible to handle by one person, so, slowly new team members joined in.

At the moment, our team counts 13 members, 6 involved in the development process, 5 helping out clients, 1 web designer and 1 marketing specialist. We are releasing new products and updates for the existing ones and work on new ideas that we're sure will make your Joomla! experience better and better.
